On board, MSC World Atlantic will feature the World Class “districts” layout, with a broad selection of restaurants, bars, and lounges (more than 40 announced), as well as areas dedicated to entertainment and family activities. The ship will also include the MSC Yacht Club, the company’s “ship within a ship” concept, offering exclusive spaces and premium services.
As for itineraries, MSC has confirmed departures from Port Canaveral (Florida) starting in November 2027. The ship will offer Caribbean cruises of 7 nights and 14 nights, with announced calls including Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Nassau (Bahamas), Cozumel and Costa Maya (Mexico), Grand Turk (Turks & Caicos), and Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic).
From an environmental standpoint, MSC World Atlantic will be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), compatible with a transition toward bio and synthetic LNG. The ship will be equipped with shore power connectivity (allowing engines to be switched off in port to reduce local emissions), along with advanced technologies to optimize energy and water consumption. MSC World Atlantic will also feature an advanced wastewater treatment system and an onboard recycling management unit aimed at reducing waste.
