The Disney Destiny measures approximately 1,119 feet in length and 135 feet in width, with a gross tonnage of 144,000 GT. It features 15 decks, 10 of which are accessible to guests. The ship can accommodate up to 3,466 guests across 1,238 staterooms and is staffed by 1,555 crew members. Notable design elements include a statue of T’Challa (Black Panther) in the Wakanda-inspired Grand Hall and a sculpture of Spider-Man on the ship’s stern.
Adults on board Disney Destiny can unwind and have fun in several exclusive areas. The Senses Spa offers a variety of body treatments, while Quiet Cove provides a serene adult-only pool. For thrill seekers, AquaMouse—a 761-foot interactive water coaster—features a brand-new adventure starring Disney villains. Guests can also enjoy live music and elegant cocktails at De Vil’s Piano Lounge, inspired by the iconic Cruella De Vil.
Younger guests have a wealth of fun awaiting them aboard. The Toy Story Splash Zone is designed for toddlers, with themed water play features. The ship’s Wonderland and Never Land cinemas screen the latest Disney films. Hero Zone is an indoor activity space with obstacle courses inspired by Disney heroes. Kids’ and teens’ clubs—such as the "it’s a small world" Nursery—offer age-appropriate programming, supervised play, and interactive experiences.
Disney Destiny features 16 dining venues. Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King offers an immersive experience with African-inspired cuisine and live performances. Worlds of Marvel delivers an interactive dining experience with Marvel characters, while 1923 serves elegant California-style cuisine in a setting honoring the founding year of The Walt Disney Company. For sweet treats, Edna À La Mode Sweets offers handcrafted desserts in a fun Incredibles-themed setting. Adults can relax in themed lounges such as Cask and Cannon, inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean, or the Haunted Mansion Parlor based on the classic attraction.
Staterooms aboard Disney Destiny are thoughtfully designed with comfort and Disney charm. Standard cabins feature artwork inspired by heroes like Hercules, Mulan, and Merida. Concierge-level suites include themed décor based on Fantasia or The Incredibles and provide premium services and access to exclusive areas. Family-size balcony rooms and royal suites are also available, offering spacious options for larger groups.
Disney Destiny is powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants. The ship is equipped with advanced wastewater treatment systems and seawater desalination technology for sustainable resource management. Onboard recycling and waste sorting initiatives further support Disney Cruise Line’s commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
